My sister is a breast cancer survivor and she is giving back by being a living example of life after the disease. She has made several trips to do reconstruction work in the New Orleans Ninth Ward post Katrina...she takes both of her grandchildren on what she calls "servant learning trips"....and she travels internationally on a regular basis staying in elder hostels. All this is to say that she demonstrates on a daily basis that strength comes from within and a positive attitude can send a positive message. I am in awe of all breast cancer survivors in general and of my sister in particular!
